Friday , October 29 will be just for supplies and cleaning of the stands.

Extra assembly time will incur an additional cost, calculated per hour and per square meter. We recommend anticipating your construction to avoid using this resource.

Please note: Extra assembly time is subject to committee authorization.

 

Floor plan

You will receive an email with a link to register your badges. Your usernames will be pre-populated for registration; the deadline is October 20, 2025.

You must request them through your Customer Experience representative or register them onsite at Centro Citibanamex during the event. We recommend registering in advance to avoid delays and long lines.

On October 22, 2025, each registered contact will receive their badge via email (sent to the registered email address).

Each exhibitor is responsible for printing their own badge.

Your booth supplier/stand builder. If they do not provide one, you must purchase it from the insurance company of your choice.

This policy is mandatory for all exhibitors, except for those who purchased their booth directly with RX (organizing committee).

Yes. The insurance policy is mandatory for all exhibitors, regardless of the type of booth.

Yes. A safety helmet and closed-toe shoes are mandatory to enter the setup area.

Access is through DOOR 4, designated for exhibitors and contractors who need to unload materials, booth structures, products, etc. Please note: Access to the docks is subject to availability.

No, wired and wireless internet services are exclusive to Centro Banamex.

 

No. This service is exclusively provided by Centro Banamex. Bringing in external food or beverages (including catering services) is prohibited and may result in penalties applied by the venue.

Yes. Please check prices in the Exhibitor Manual (p. 36). To pay, bring your exhibitor badge and go to the modules located at the back of the hall (next to the restrooms).

Model passes

If you require models, please notify us by email, indicating the number of passes per day.  Access for models is limited and subject to validation.

Yes. All exhibitors must wear their setup badges during assembly and dismantling. Your stand builder company is also required to generate its own setup badges for access.

Through the Additional Services office at Centro Banamex (please refer to the request form on page 21 of the Exhibitor Manual).

The organizer will clean the common areas of the event. As an exhibitor, you are responsible for cleaning your own stand.

If you require additional cleaning services for your stand, you must request them directly from Centro Citibanamex, or arrange them on your own.

Exhibitors may access the exhibition floor 2 hours before the event starts, provided they are wearing their exhibitor badge.

You don’t need to purchase it — the Lead Manager App is already included. For usage instructions, please check the Emperia tutorial video:

You can find it by logging into your exhibitor portal and selecting the “LEAD MANAGER” icon. Additionally, the registered contact will receive an email with the access details.

You must register your stand contractor in the Operations Portal, and they must upload the required documents before October 3, 2025.

Required documents:

3D render with base–height–depth measurements.
Civil liability insurance policy.
Structural calculation issued by a DRO (applies only to):
- Two-story stands.
- Platforms/risers/structures of 1 meter or higher.
- Stands supporting LED screens of 6 m² or larger.
