Important Reminder:

Registering your stand contractor in the Operational Platform is mandatory to proceed with the document upload process and the request for set-up badges.

Without completing this step, access to the set-up area and stand construction will not be permitted.

All documentation must be uploaded directly to the Operational Portal. We strongly recommend completing the registration as soon as possible to avoid any setbacks.

Mandatory Steps of the Process

1. Stand Contractor Registration

Access the Operational Portal and register the company that will carry out the construction of your stand. Login credentials were sent directly from the system:

2. Document Upload

Once registered, the stand contractor will receive an email with their login credentials.

They are responsible for uploading all required documentation to obtain the Organizing Committee’s approval and request set-up/dismantling badges.

⚠️ Important:

All exhibitors must comply with this process, without exception.
Even if only basic furniture or minor structures are being installed, registration and document upload are mandatory.
If this step is not completed, the contractor will not be allowed to access the venue or build the stand.
The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from non-compliance, as stated in the Participation Contract.
